Mikey Elliott grew up in the Chicago suburbs, where he studied art and began his abstract color field paintings.  After getting his associate's degree in Fine Art, Mikey moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2001.  In San Francisco he continued to study art and color theory, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Photography in 2005.  Mikey's work has appeared in numerous galleries, private collections on four continents, and published in many magazines such as 7x7, CMYK, Communication Arts, and others.
